That’s right. It’s SheHulk and she’s a badass (and she’s also not real). Without steroids, 99% of women can’t really bulk up that much. What most women can do with muscle is completely change their body to look fit, defined, strong and sexy with great posture and no flab that continues moving 20 seconds after you’ve stopped. Weight training is the key to achieving a fit body. I’ve done this before in my 20′s and I had the most amazing body back then *sigh*. Those were the days when it was easy. Today I have to work harder, but the result will be similar in that my physique will improve much more than if I were to just do cardio workouts or dieting.
My current programme requires about 4-5 days a week of weight training for at least 1 hour per day. Less days equal more hours when I can workout. I split out my muscle groups across the days so my body and muscles have time to recover from the last workout. Presently I’m doing upper body twice a week and lower body twice a week. I do some core exercises with every workout. I’ll be starting up cardio in two weeks after I’ve put on enough muscle mass to keep my metabolism high. Then I’ll start fat burning. I’m on my third week and I’m keeping up without any significant crying or vomiting.
